A writer and a storyteller with a heart for adventure, I co-founded Gather Ministries with my wife, Jennifer, am editor-in-chief of the award-winning Rapt Interviews, created the popular WiRE for Men devotional, and wrote The WiRE Series for Men—a set of books from publisher David C Cook. The first book in the series, Invention, released in spring 2017. Odyssey released in spring 2020, and Rescue released in fall 2021. Invention, Odyssey, Rescue, and the WiRE one-year compilation ebook were all Amazon #1 bestsellers.

My writing has also been featured and seen on Charisma, Moody Radio, Focus on the Family, GOD TV, The Christian Post, Crosswalk, Beliefnet, LifeWay Men, Seven Magazine (PromiseKeepers.ca), and other media outlets.

Prior, I spent 15 years managing a small, early-stage Silicon Valley venture capital firm and got to invest in some amazing entrepreneurs. Before that, I did a stint at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, a Wall Street law firm. In addition to a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, I graduated from UCLA with a degree in Economics and Political Science.

Jennifer and I (and our three teenagers) love traveling; we love getting lost in new cities. We also love adventure and exploring the wildernesses of the West.
